The app simplifies the whole process of spoofing so you can get on with playing your location-based games. It is much easier and safer than jailbreaking. But with iSpoofer, you can spoof the location of your phone without doing so. You would have to jailbreak your device for you to take full control of its settings. Simplified SpoofingĬonfiguring the GPS of your phone can be difficult, especially if you are an Apple device user. Furthermore, to fake the location, the app needs to mount a developer image file into iOS like XCode. It also requires you to have iTunes installed. However, the app only works with iPhones, iPads, and iPods. ISpoofer does not require jailbreaking, so you can use it at once after download. Also, the spoofing parameter is customizable, allowing you to adjust the movement speed and so on. With this, you can play more than one LBS game in more than one phone. For one, and perhaps what users would love the most about the app, it can spoof locations on more than one device simultaneously. ISpoofer simulates your phones to believe it is in another place than your exact location. Once you finish playing, you can reboot your device to immediately restore your GPS location. Like the customized route, this mode lets you automatically move from the locations you have set once you hit the play button. Finally, there is the GPX file where the app enables you to load GPX or GPS Exchange format and apply it to the map. You only need to push the Play button once you have chosen all your desired pins, and the device will start to “move” from one location to another.
You can also customize your route by clicking several pins on the provided map. There is the default mode where you search for a location on the map and move there using the move button. There are three modes that you can use to fake the location on your phone. After which, you can click the Spoof button to start your journey. When you see the details of your phone on the iSpoofer app, this means it has successfully connected to your device.
Then connect your phone to your computer and wait for the app to detect your phone. To do so, simply launch the app once you have downloaded it in your computer.
